Roast coffee beans (or other relevant ingredients) according to standard recipes and desired flavor profiles, monitor equipment, and maintain quality consistency.
Clean, maintain, and operate roasting machines safely, report malfunctions, and ensure all tools and workstations are organized.
Record roasting batches, monitor inventory and supplies, coordinate with kitchen or roastery teams, and support production schedules.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operational support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with knowledge of accounting principles, data analysis, and experience supporting events, activations, monitoring, and deployment activities.
Assist in recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions, including preparation of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate accounting records, support bank reconciliations, and assist in the preparation of financial and activation reports for management review.
Coordinate with other departments for financial documentation, monitor operational workflows, and provide support in events, activations, and deployment activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or project coordination (supervisory experience preferred).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and knowledgeable in data analysis, events and activations, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Oversee day-to-day accounting and operational activities, including review of financial transactions, monitoring, and deployment coordination.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and activation data to support management decisions and project performance tracking.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with company standards, and implementation of process improvements across events and operational workflows.
