Location: Lipa, Batangas
Working Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Admin Officer / HR Payroll manages payroll processing, HR administration, employee records, and ensures compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process payroll, timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and statutory deductions
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary documentation, and exit processing
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
  • Prepare payroll, HR, and administrative reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll systems
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
