Job Summary
The Admin Officer / HR Payroll manages payroll processing, HR administration, employee records, and ensures compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process payroll, timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and statutory deductions
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary documentation, and exit processing
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
- Prepare payroll, HR, and administrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll
Requirements
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll systems
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
