Working Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in supervising kitchen operations and staff while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and safety
  • Assist in inventory management and staff training

Qualifications

  • At least 4–5 years of kitchen experience, with 1–2 years as Sous Chef or Senior Cook

Requirements

  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
