- Design and develop shell and tube heat exchangers, including thermal and mechanical calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, and safety standards while supporting cost optimization and design improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in shell and tube heat exchanger design.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes (ASME, TEMA, API) and proficiency in design software such as PV Elite, HTRI, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
