Job Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations, staff performance, and service quality to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and supervising staff during shifts
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently followed
- Support scheduling, training, attendance monitoring, and performance coaching
- Assist in inventory checks, ordering, and reporting
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues as needed
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of restaurant or food service experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
