Working Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Head Chef / Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and cost control.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen staff and daily food production
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Control food cost, inventory, and waste
  • Enforce sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of professional kitchen experience, with 3 years in a leadership role

Requirements

  • Strong culinary, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
