Job Summary
The Head Pastry Chef leads the pastry department, overseeing production, menu development, staff supervision, and cost control to ensure high-quality pastry products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee pastry and dessert production
- Develop and improve pastry menus and seasonal offerings
- Supervise, train, and evaluate pastry staff
- Control inventory, portioning, and waste
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of pastry experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or head role

- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
