Job Summary

The Head Pastry Chef leads the pastry department, overseeing production, menu development, staff supervision, and cost control to ensure high-quality pastry products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee pastry and dessert production
  • Develop and improve pastry menus and seasonal offerings
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate pastry staff
  • Control inventory, portioning, and waste
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of pastry experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or head role

Requirements

  • Advanced baking and pastry skills
  • Strong leadership and creativity
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
