Job Summary
The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in supervising kitchen operations and staff while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and safety
- Assist in inventory management and staff training
Qualifications
- At least 4–5 years of kitchen experience, with 1–2 years as Sous Chef or Senior Cook
Requirements
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
