Location: Lipa, Batangas
Working Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and supervise all front- and back-of-house staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability
- Enforce company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Prepare reports on operations, staffing, and inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- At least 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Requirements
- Willing to work on-site in Lipa, Batangas
- Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
