Role Summary
We are hiring experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of business and client-facing initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured project execution, and hands-on use of project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across business units or client accounts
- Lead stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external clients
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Track project performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, transition, and project closure
Qualifications
- Currently working as a Project Manager
- 7–10 years total experience, with at least 5 years as a PM
- Experience managing business initiatives or client accounts
- Strong stakeholder and client management background
- Hands-on experience with PM tools: Jira, Monday.com, Excel, Taleo
- BPO or shared services experience preferred
